Recipe Of the Week

Hi Folks, I am starting this blog with one of my favorite recipe. I would like you to give it a name...

Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken ( Preferably breast and legs)
1 Teaspoon mustard seeds
1 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon Soya sauce
6 Small onions (needs to be cut in 4 pieces)
2 Potatoes (Boiled and cut in 4 pieces)
2 Capsicums ( Cut it as per preference)
Some Mushrooms if preferred (8-10)
½ Teaspoon honey

How to cook
Roast the mustard seeds and black pepper and then powder it. Marinate the Chicken with vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Soya sauce along with roasted pepper and mustard powder for about 2-3 hours. (The more you let it marinate, better the chicken would taste).
Roast the Chicken in oil (about 5-6 Spoon, or as per your preference) for about 15 min till it gets semi-cooked. Then add the Onions, and boiled potatoes (if you have included mushrooms, sauté them in butter and add it along with potatoes and onions) and cook it for another 15-20 min. basically till the Chicken is completely cooked. Add the capsicum and top it up wilt ½ teaspoon honey and stir it well. Serve it hot with either assorted bread or with any fried rice.
Enjoy...
